Julius A. Ugese, Esq.
Julius Ugese is a senior associate at Elesinmogun & Egwuatu. Mr. Ugese is a law graduate of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister in 2003. His areas of practice are Real Estate, insolvency/receivership, debt recovery, corporate law and contract negotiation.
Julius has worked on a wide range of domestic and international law disputes. He has represented and advised clients in complex transactions involving multiple jurisdictions and laws. Julius is an experienced litigator and has appeared in the high court and appellate courts in Nigeria. He is also actively involved in the firm's arbitration and dispute resolution practice.
Mr. Ugese is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
