David Elesinmogun, Esq.
David is a founding partner of Elesinmogun & Egwuatu. An attorney licensed in both the U.S and Nigeria with over 19 years of legal experience. He specializes in advising companies that are investing in the Nigerian and African market. David advises on compliance with U.S., Nigerian and international anti-corruption measures such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. David works with clients by developing anti-corruption compliance programs, performing due diligence , providing training and investigations on risky business practices.
David worked as a prosecutor in the criminal litigation division of the Lagos State Ministry of Justice, litigating cases involving environmental law violations. David has extensive experience in representing business entities. He has represented clients in the areas of banking, energy, oil and gas, and telecommunications. He has also used his expertise to counsel clients on forming joint ventures. Today, he specializes in advising his diverse business clients about the legal and regulatory standards of transacting business abroad and facilitates his clients' entry into international markets.
